With over 30 years of experience in quality management, I am passionate about improving operations performance, customer satisfaction, and product robustness in the automotive industry. As the Europe Quality Director at Plastic Omnium, a global leader in Clean Energy Systems I lead a team of quality professionals who are committed to deliver excellence, innovation, and sustainability to our clients and stakeholders.In my current role, I focus on enhancing process discipline, supplier quality control, warranty avoidance, and customer feedback across the European region. I also collaborate with other divisions and functions to develop and deploy an integrated management system for quality and safety, and to manage the quality auditor team and the laboratory. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role include root cause analysis, six sigma, quality systems, audits, and warranty.
