ABOUT SYLVAIN BELLIER

I\'m a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in innovation, marketing, and design. Currently, I work as the head of Orange Innovation\'s showroom, where I lead a team of five and manage demonstration spaces, relations with innovation entities, and customer visits.Before that, I served as a project manager in Orange\'s Innovation, Marketing, and Technologies division, where I developed communication skills and organized major events. Additionally, I worked as the assistant to the department head at Orange\'s customer service center, where I oversaw training for a team of 200 and developed strong leadership and pedagogical skills.My previous experience includes managing technical projects, overseeing VIP customers, and leading customer service teams. I\'m a skilled communicator and have experience working on projects with high technical and strategic stakes.Since 2014, I have been a trainer for Unapei, a French national federation for intellectual disabilities. I provide training on \"Easy to Read and Understand\" accessibility methods, as well as governance in associations.From June 2020 to October 2022, I was the president of \"Delos APEI 78,\" an association of parents of children with disabilities that manages 17 facilities and serves around people with intellectual disabilities.Since 2007, I have been an administrator and member of the executive committee for \"Delos APEI 78\".Since 1993, I have been a father to a daughter with autism spectrum disorders. I have also been involved in creating and developing student associations for a long time.
