ABOUT SYLVAIN DEJOIE IFASHABAYO
I am a global citizen, Husband, Father, and social entrepreneur based in Maine, United States. I believe that compassion and committed minds to achieve the greater good are effective approaches to solving the world\'s pressing challenges. Such a conviction had been my guiding star in my everyday endeavors. I Co-founded and led numerous social change projects such as Hope Initiative, Umurage Nyawo, and Anidaso. It is the same spirit that inspires me to manage the best cultural female music star Clarisse Karasira in her music mission to sing about social life and inspire people to live as ethically as possible. Currently, I work with Creative Works. Creative Works is a 62 years old non-profit organization with a mission of creating communities of inclusion. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University. I am a Dalai Lama life long fellow, a Clinton Global Initiative University fellow, a 2018 Nominee for the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award, and an Awardee of full Scholarship from the MasterCard Foundation
