Project: Assets Sale for one of the Top 5 Canadian banks • Collaborated with 30 – 40 key stakeholders including C-Suite Executives, Senior Project Managers and Workstream Leads to develop high-level transition plans for the Bank’s planned assets sale. • Identified opportunities to improve processes of information requests between seller and buyer banks on Products & Services, Operations, IT & Data Management and other functional areas. • Analyzed and created program stakeholder engagement plans for 250+ key stakeholders including the service partners (MasterCard, Insurance Group, Automated Clearing House). • Assisted PMO on adhoc hot topics including Mastercard settlement, Trailing Transactions, CIFs Anomalies, and other cross-workstream activities. Project: Basel IV Implementation & End-to-End Testing, Financial Systems Enhancements for one of the Top 5 Canadian banks • Collaborated with the cross-functional teams including Product Owners, IT teams, Senior PMs to control and monitor JIRA sprints through various agile ceremonies. • Orchestrated daily scrum/stand-up meetings, and fostered transparency and adaptation in the SDLC. • Managed JIRA ticket deliveries and releases to improve project delivery cadence. • Created testing plans with BA, DEV, QA and UAT of Corporate Treasury and Capital markets for credit card launch. • Oversaw and optimized the cost recovery and forecasting for portfolio projects including Basel IV and financial systems enhancements with a budget of over $ 200M. • Utilized Confluence to facilitate efficient project governance key artifacts management, knowledge transfer, risk management, issue resolution, dependencies tracking, and action items.
