   Providing professional Orthotics & DME program support to our valued Client; a well known Pain Management Clinic Chain (Comprising 5 Clinics in Dallas and 2 in Houston)- Managing activities of onsite Orthotic Technicians- Conducting orthotic evaluations of patients for musculoskeletal issues- Fit patients with orthotic braces prescribed by doctors (primarily back, knee & hip braces)- Educating patients on the proper use of the prescribed devices- Making necessary adjustments to devices to ensure optimal function and comfort- Reviewing and managing Orthotics & DME inventory at the clinics- Managing end to end Order Fulfilment department (DME procurement and vendor management)-Ensuring timely Dropships of weekly devices to the patients - Closely coordinating and working along with clinic managers for smooth running of DME program at clinics- Managing end to end communication between DME and clinics, which includes weekly and monthly analytical reports- Overseeing and coordinating between DME Intake, Insurance & Pt Experience departments located overseas in Columbia, India & Pakistan- Coordinating with marketing departments for monthly newsletter publishing for the client- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop,implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product,equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping- Educating patients about pain management and creating awareness of the role of DME within clinics and patients- Responsible for onsite patient experience.
