Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategist and Leadership Consultant for Convergence Consulting-Leads, supports and coaches organization and agency leaders and staff for systemic and organizational transformation with DEI frameworks, principles and practices; co-designs and facilitates learning experiences to promote cultural awareness and culturally responsive services and support for clients; provides tools to centralize equity in planning processes and develop measurable DEI goals. —Associate Vice President, Equity and Inclusion supports the Provost’s Office with supporting the development of measurable goals for DEI, equity in faculty hiring, professional development for culturally responsive teaching, and cultural proficiency in leadership and organizational development; conducts focus groups and asset mapping to support systemic change with DEI frameworks and principles; co-designs and facilitates learning experiences to promote cultural awareness and culturally responsive instruction and support for students. GOALS 1.Lead and facilitate effective organizational and leadership development and transformation to support agencies and institutions to increase DEI 2. Promote a collaborative climate to enhance employee learning and growth for DEI 3.
