Manage US and UK Customer Billing & Collection.• Responsible for semi-monthly time and expense billing. Review and understand complex billing structures and work with VP of Finance and Project Managers to ensure accurate and complete customer billing.• As we grow, help to recruit, train, and supervise additional AR resources to assist with customer billing.• Provide management weekly AR aging reports and follow up with customers on payments.Manage US and UK Accounts Payable and Credit Card processes.• Manage subcontractor payment process. Reconciliation of AR & AP hours by project and by consultant to ensure vendor invoice accuracy and proper updating of invoice into Accounting System• Manage employee expense reimbursement process and ensure proper support documentations.• Manage Company American Express credit card process. Reconcile credit card transactions to expense reports and book them by resource by project in accounting system.• As we grow, help to recruit, train, and supervise AP resources to do the entire AP process.Manage accounting and monitor internal controls, banking and finance activities, proper reporting, payment to all taxing authorities.• Review books of Account maintained by the company on regular basis such as Cash Book, Bank Book, Sales Book, Purchase Book and General Ledger, Journal etc …,• Monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.• Monitoring bank transaction and cash transaction on regular basis• Monthly update on Journal Entries and Ledger posting.• Complied with Statutory Compliance such as TDS, ESI, PF, and GST• Prepare outstanding balance report of Debtor and Creditor and Follow up with customers that are over 45 days old.• Generating age wise analysis report for Debtor and Creditor• Read and review any documentation that is attached to checks for approval and accuracy.
