Supervised Valet Parking operations for Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia.• Manage 4 valet locations at PA Hospital with a team of more than 30 employees including hiring, training and discipline of all employees at the location. • Improved the valet process for patients and guests at all 4 locations, improving turnover of parking spaces from 17% to 67%, resulting in better revenue. In total 1200 cars valet in December 2024 than the previous year. Also initiated a valet parking stacking program for valet vehicles creating 20 additional parking spaces for patient vehicles. • Designed and implemented a 30-60-90 days probation period plan for new valet employees, resulting in a drastic reduction in employees\' turnover. • Designed and ensured training program for all valet team making the valet operations safer for the customers\' vehicles and valet drivers.• Improved customer service experience for the patients and guests with new initiatives. 15-10-5 feet greeting rule helped a lot with the valet team.
