I have more than 25 years of experience in project management, project control, enterprise asset management, quality control, design and planning of infrastructure development projects in Texas, Florida and California. I worked directly with Public Agencies, Contractors, Concessionaires and Real Estate Developers in multi-million dollars Design Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects. Experience includes design of multi-level urban interchanges, inter-state highways, toll roads, HOV lanes, urban and rural state highways and roads, country and city roads, Automated People Mover rail, light rail, roadway permitting as part of large scale land development projects.I have extensive experience in leading multi-office design and project delivery teams both in traditional PS & E projects as well as Design Build and projects.I have specialized training and expertise in: Project Management, Design-Build process, Complex highway and interchange design, Work planning, Scope and fee development, Microstation, Inroads 3D modeling and Storm & Sanitary, Geopak Roadway and Drainage, Microsoft Excel, cost estimate, Intersection Design and Advanced Traffic Control Design.I worked at HNTB, URS/AECOM, Kimley-Horn and KCI/JMT in different capacities before started infraTECH.
