Currently deputed at the DHL office through Denken Global Supply Chain Solutions, I handle day-to-day coordination and documentation for international courier shipments. I work closely with both DHL teams and customers to make sure all shipments clear customs on time and with the right paperwork. My focus is on keeping the process smooth, accurate, and compliant through clear communication and timely document handling.What I Do: • Act as a point of contact between DHL and our internal documentation team for import shipments • Help collect, check, and submit key documents like BOE, KYC, and invoices for customs clearance • Track documentation status and quickly sort out any issues that might delay shipments • Keep DHL customers updated and support them with documentation and clearance queries • Ensure all operations on-site run efficiently and professionallyWhat I’ve Gained: • Real-world experience in supply chain and courier logistics • Strong skills in import documentation and BOE filing • Knowledge of airport customs clearance procedures • Clear and confident communication with teams and clients • Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks under pressure • A detail-focused approach to compliance and documentationThis role has helped me grow professionally by giving me hands-on exposure to international logistics while sharpening my coordination and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment.
