Presently, I hold the position of Manager Account Management for Amazon Pickup and Return Points Organization, overseeing the North America region. In my previous role as Senior Vendor Manager and Business Head for Laptops category at Appario Retail, I owned top-line and bottom-line growth and was responsible for strategic planning, vendor relations, and performance optimization to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.With a post-baccalaureate degree in Doctor of Pharmacy - Pharm D (summa cum laude), my academic achievements reflect my commitment to excellence. Despite my pharmaceutical background, I made a deliberate choice to explore opportunities beyond clinical pharmacotherapy, leading me to embark on a dynamic career journey. Beginning in 2015 with Amazon Development Center, Hyderabad, I have had the privilege of assuming diverse roles spanning customer service, social media management, executive escalation management, quality and training management, new site launch planning and execution, people management, program management, account management, vendor management, and category management.Looking ahead, my aspiration is to leverage my expertise to manage programs on a global scale and spearhead automation initiatives across diverse networks.
