Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs supporting connected vehicles, manufacturing systems, and corporate IT environments at Toyota Motor North America (TMNA).• Support the main domains of the PCG-PCC (Product Cybersecurity Group - Product Cybersecurity Commercialization): In-Vehicle, Out-Vehicle, EV/BEV/PHEV, and Connected Car Apps to ensure adherence to CSMS standards under UN-R155 per SH22-0393.• Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives including risk assessments, control implementations, and regulatory compliance programs.• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Security Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Manufacturing to mitigate cyber risks.• Oversee execution of security initiatives aligned with NIST CSF, ISO/SAE 21434: 2021, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Toyota global security standards.• Drive vulnerability management and remediation programs across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.• Partner with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into vehicle, infotainment, and connected services platforms.• Manage third-party and supplier cybersecurity risk assessments in alignment with NHTSA Cybersecurity Standards.• Lead incident response readiness, tabletop exercises, and post-incident remediation tracking.• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and executive dashboards for cybersecurity initiatives.• Facilitate threat modeling and security architecture reviews for new technologies and platforms.• Support compliance efforts for data privacy and security regulations impacting automotive and customer data.• Act as the primary liaison between North America teams and Toyota global cybersecurity leadership.• Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risk posture, and remediation progress.• Improve program delivery efficiency through Agile and hybrid program management methodologies.• Mentor teams on cybersecurity best practices and risk-based decision making.
