Basically, when a small business owner needs help with their payment system, our code makes sure they get it fast and efficiently.\':AI Escalation Magic: Built smart systems that can figure out when a merchant\'s problem needs human help vs when our AI can handle it. No more waiting in long queues for simple issues - the system now knows the difference between \"How do I refund?\" and \"My terminal caught fire.\": This one\'s been fun - created voice calling features right inside the SumUp dashboard. Merchants can literally call support without leaving their payment interface. Used Go for the backend heavy lifting and WebRTC to make the calls crystal clear- & : Remember those QR codes for restaurant menus during COVID? Same idea, but for getting instant support. Scan, connect, problem solved. Also built the in-app calling system so merchants don\'t have to juggle between apps: Managing and developing this embeddable chat widget that works everywhere - in the main dashboard, on websites, basically anywhere merchants need help. Real-time messaging with WebSockets, because nobody likes waiting for responses: The main SumUp dashboard now has all support tools built right in. Device troubleshooting, priority issues, chat support - everything in one place instead of jumping between different systems: Support tickets get resolved faster, merchants don\'t get frustrated with slow systems, and small businesses can focus on running their business instead of fighting with payment tech.
