Assistant Data Analyst:• Monitor job portals to see job opening, closing and modification.• Post, modify and close jobs in database (Sendouts).• Ensure the applicant, job information and activities of recruitment team in database and rectify the errors.• Manipulate and cleanse data and prepare business reports on weekly and monthly basis.• Compile and share the KPIs with teams.• Compile and reconcile reports such as Job Trackers, Performance trends and Scorecards.• Prepare and circulate job activity report with specified team.• Track and monitor regular activities of recruitment team to keep database error free.• Responsible for extracting and validation of data in database (Sendouts).• Update the Recruitment Stats and float it with your manager at the end of each shift.• Compile and roll out the JO Handling Report with Recruitment Leads and Managers.• Check the positions opened from more than 90 days need to be put into “time-barred” once a week.• Database Audit – Review the profiles against following scenarios:Offer LettersSubmissionsFollow-upsCandidate InterestedReporting analysis
