Overall managing the Subcontractor execution and Interface Coordinator with client representatives and other service engineers for site access and execution of works. Review Contract/Bid Document of MEP Package and advice to management for any inconsistency. Review the Contractor deliverables and generate queries (RFI & TQ) for any irregularities or missing information from Contract document & Design Basis. Prepare the BOQ and Cost estimation for additional requirements deviating from any original scope of works. Prepare the detailed schedule and action plan for Subcontract execution respect to client’s priorities. Ensuring the availability of approved Engineering deliverables, materials and adequate workforce for site requirement to achieve the Tasks. Frequent Follow-up with Engineering & Procurement Team for missing Deliverables and Materials for site activities to avoid any delays. Routine Monitoring of site progress with planned activities and ensure the day to day productivity. Ensuring the quality of works with referring to the project Specification, approved method statement and Local regulations. Coordinating with Subcontractor and Client for Material & Installation Inspections on regular basis. Conduct the site progress review meetings with subcontractors on weekly basis to attain the progress, discussion over critical issues and take appropriate decision towards completion. Coordinating the commissioning team for HVAC system commission and further handover to client for operations. Certifying the Subcontractor billing quantities against the supply and execution at site on monthly basis. Prepare the Progress and Milestone achievement reports on weekly and monthly basis and updating to higher management.

Experience and skillful in reading and understanding contract/Tender documents, design basis and Project Specifications. Experience in Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on design drawing. Experience in review the Shop drawing with refers to the Design Drawing and Prepare the RFI, if any missing data from drawings and documents. Strong co-ordination skill with other service engineers and Client Representatives to get site clearance for work execution. Experience in prepare the ESP Calculation for AHUs and Fans Static pressure selection. Basic Knowledge in Codes & Standards such as ASHRAE Fundamentals, SMACNA, NFPA and DW. Skillful in working of Rush Projects and achieving the tasks in extreme time-management. Experience in preparation of planning and scheduling of works based on site/client priorities. Experience in handle the work force efficiently and achieve the planned tasks. Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize the works effectively. Ability to tackle any extreme work pressure and critical situations. Experience in manage any kind of project and lead my team to achieve the work done. Experience in verify and certify the subcontractor billing with respect to site execution and CFI reports.
