Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.• Organising and conducting various events such as seminars, workshops for the smooth completion of project.• Developing and appointing new vendors partners to achieve the project in stipulated time.• Periodic monitoring performance of dealers & distributors regarding project.• Maintaining relationships with existing partners.• Building and maintaining healthy relations with corporate clients.• Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with clients related drawings of Electrical, Low voltage, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing.• Quantity of material to be used for the projects as per BOQ and drawings.• Clint dealing related to complete the project by the consultant.• Good knowledge of studying drawings of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing.• Rate analysis by using BOQ.• Handling of site independently• Executing site activities as far the approved shop drawing• Co-ordination of inspection with client and consultant for work approval• Activity planning of work on daily and weekly basis• Monitoring progress and program for completion of project within time and cost control• Ensuring storage of materials in accordance with requirements• Reconciliation of materials on weekly and monthly basis• Preparation of quality control documents for finish projects• Preparing weekly productivity reports• Ensuring compliance with health safety and environment requirements• Preparation of bill for clients• Preparation of bill and approving of work done by sub contractor• Attending weekly sub contact meeting and liaise with sub contractor on daily basis.• Maintaining the record of all type of test conducting at site• Snagging and de-snagging with client and consultant• Carry out any other duties allocated by the supervisor
