Implementing and maintaining inventory management strategies for all finished goods - regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorization)• Reviewing out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommending mitigating actions• Conducting root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence• Consulting with production schedulers regarding availability of production and highlighting to the business any gaps in supply driven by factory downtime/capacity constraints• Raw and Pack Material review with factories ensuring no write offs related to item obsolescence• Facilitating successful product and range launches, promotions, seasonal planning, new product development (NPD), events and phase change aligned to the agreed critical path,engaging with Commercial in a timely manner• Accountable for master data within our planning tool (Kinaxis RapidResponse) including the production plans generated for copackers (including our on site copacker/embellishment)• Working with Logistics to ensure transit times in the system are reflecting actual reality• Ensuring express transport providers are used in lines with service needs and plan• Conducting regular business performance reviews with Forecast Managers, Marketing and Manufacturing• Carrying out monthly supply review with factories to convert unconstrained forecast to constrained forecast based on available supply• Monitoring actual inventory levels vs. targets and ensure factories are supplying as per RapidResponse recommendations• Holding the monthly inventory review, assign and complete actions to clear residual stock via the residual process, aligned with finance and sales• Working with Production planners to validate feasibility of mid-long term supply plans and recommend actions in case of issues
