Placing booking request & follow up for booking copy• Following up with Purchase team, CHA, Transporter and Driver - Placement of Container • Handling Stuffing & Dispatchment of container • Checking Checklist• Checking BL draft received from CHA for SI submission• Track shipments - Make sure it connects to the planned vessel• Once Vessel sailed following up with vendors for Tax Invoice• Following up with forwarders to provide BL copies as soon as vessel sailed • Ask ISF details for all USA shipments.• Maintaining both Pre Shipment & Post Shipment documents such as Export invoice, Packing list, E invoice, COO, Fumigation certificate, Shipping Bill copy & CHA Invoice.• Send Proof of export to supplier• Applying ECGC policy & Having track on it • Keep tracking your shipments till it reaches to the destination.
