Junior Production EngineerTOFCO (CPP Ltd) As a Junior Production Engineer, I am undertaking a 12-month professional placement focused on enhancing operational efficiency across Production, Logistics, and Project Management. My key responsibilities include:1. Supporting production scheduling, preparing job packs, and performing quality checks on electrical assemblies.2. Gaining hands-on experience in ERP systems, BOMs, stock control, and procurement processes.3. Assisting in logistics operations including goods receiving, inventory management, packing, and preparing documentation for domestic and international shipments.4. Contributing to factory floor space optimization, workflow improvements, and the development of SOPs.5. Supporting ISO audit preparations and helping identify KPIs for quality and performance improvements.This role provides valuable exposure to end-to-end manufacturing operations and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic engineering environment.
