As the Head of Operations at Bharat Freight Group of Companies, I oversee two major river ports in India – Pandu Port in Guwahati and Dhubri Port. I manage the general operations, TOS implementation, employee training, and finance of these ports, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have an MBA degree in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia, where I learned the fundamentals of global trade, logistics, and supply chain management. I also have multiple certifications in digital marketing, product management, and operations management from reputed institutions. I started my career with internships at Container Corporation of India, APM Terminals, and IndiGo Airlines, where I gained diverse experience in operations, commercial, and cargo management. I then worked as a Freight Sales Executive at Cargo Solution Express, where I honed my skills in customer success, logistics marketing, and carrier sales. I\'m passionate about the supply chain industry and committed to excellence in every role I undertake.
