ABOUT SYED MEHDI HASAN RIZVI
Started my service career as Manager of a small Hotel in 1967 and became a General Manager of the Group of Hotels by 1968. Joined Indian Army in 1971 as an Officer where I served and took premature voluntary retirement. During my service career I pursued my studies and completed Ph.D, MA (Eco), MA (Hist), Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Ecology and Environment, Honors Diploma in System Management. After retiring from Army I served as the Club Secretary/CEO from to2007 of the M.B.Club Ltd, Lucknow, Completed my Ph.D. in 2004 from University of Lucknow. Was the Executive Director at Awadh Transformers Ltd from 2008 till Aug 2011, before joining a Management Institute as a Director in Sep 2011 and remained there till 2012 before I went abroad on a long Holiday. Have been a visiting Faculty at Institute of Tourism Studies and Department of Public Administration of University of Lucknow since 1997. I practice Yog and meditation regularly for over last 40 years.
