More than 200 employees managing the end-to-end HR Process. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers of employment work closely with the recruiting agency and make smooth performance. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts. Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training, orientation materials, and an introduction to company culture and policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and electronic formats, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Monthly basis prepares PF and ESI challan and the same sent to finance department for payment purpose. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulation. Submit insurance details for new/joining employees and coordinate claims. Assist in the performance appraisal process, track performance evaluations, and support managers in setting performance goals. Coordinate and track employee training and development programs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters of offer, and termination letters. Organize employee engagement activities. Conduct exit interview and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
