Working with both hybrid and cloud based (Microsoft Azure) workspace solutions (Room Booking, Desk Booking software etc.)In my role as a Application engineer at Biamp, I am assisting customers worldwide with integrating Biamp workplace systems into their calendar backends as well as troubleshooting and fixing any issues. Many of \"my\" customers are industry-leaders and some of the world\'s largest companies in the finance and medical industries, with up to several thousands of meeting rooms and tens of thousands of users.Daily work included configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace authentication (oAuth) and Azure apps, network analysis and troubleshooting, and the occasional dive into application bug hunting. As part of the support team, I regularly wrote and updated technical documentation such as release notes, internal and external knowledge-base articles, and whitepapers. I also did technical trainings for partners, distributors and resellers, as well as tech presales Q&A with potential customers.
