1)Operates as a critical member of the corporate team in the Construction Division’s strategic planning initiatives.2)Leading and Managing a team of Engineers from Civil, and MEP Services background. Team comprised of Project managers, Assistant project managers, and engineers to deliver exceptional results for our client. 3)Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings and BOQs; Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of construction. 4)Assists in the development of Divisional Action Plan & Standard operating procedures relevant to MEP engineering5)Assists in developing and monitoring project performance against strategies and plan and take actions as necessary to ensure achievement of goals and objectives6)Develops and reviews designs for Electro-mechanical systems and oversees the preparation of related Engineering drawings.7)Prepares MEP Design Reports and pursue approvals from relevant regulatory authorities.8)Assists in the development of RFQs / RFPs from inception to sign-off of project(s).9)Oversees and monitors the construction of Electro-mechanical systems10)Read and interpret design and construction drawings, schematics and system generated reports 11)Leading all project review meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors, for ensuring timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material and all other issues.12)Certification of bills of various project partners (consultants, vendors, and contractors), Follow up with client’s finance department to ensure timely payment.13)Project closeout, Deliver all necessary manuals to the owner, consolidates project documentation and files. Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training and punch list process. 14)Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the client representatives.
