I\'ve had the privilege of working with Alberta Real Estate Association, IDP Education Canada and British Council accumulating a wealth of experience over the years.British Council (July 2017 – July 2023)At the British Council, I played a pivotal role as an HRIS / Administrative Assistant. My responsibilities were multifaceted, involving recruitment, training, contracting, and performance evaluation processes for approximately 2400 venue staff.One of my notable achievements was optimizing staff scheduling, saving the company two million Rupees. I meticulously analyzed the needs of different cities for exams, reducing the buffer from 30% to 5% and efficiently managing staff levels.Additionally, I spearheaded the transition from manual staff scheduling to the BOSS system, an automated approach.
