   Serve as a direct report to the Bank’s Chief Audit Executive & responsible for providing end to end coverage/ timely assurance/review & challenge over the Company\'s most material financial risks.• Oversee Audit plan execution including planning, fieldwork, and Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audit plan development & Approval, Audit Issue & Regulatory Matters Validation testing.• Ensure effective Risk Management of the Bank\'s entire Balance Sheet (~$2 trillion) including both Financial (Market, Liquidity, Capital, Credit, etc.) & non-Financial Risks (Technology/Cyber, Operational)• Maintain a global footprint with accountability for operations across North America, Europe, & Asia.• Participate in numerous governance bodies at the highest levels within the organization including but not limited to the Asset & Liability Committee, Board Risk Committee, Audit Committee, and others critical forums that provide oversight and review and challenge over the Bank\'s operations• Routinely interact with SET (Senior Executive Team) responsible for providing leadership and strategicdirection to the Bank including the Chief Financial and Risk Officers, Compliance, Operations, & others).• Continuously build & further cultivate strong talent across the Bank while staying abreast of the latest skills shaping the work force and impacting the Audit profession (for e.g. A.I/Machine learning, and others).
