Currently, I am working in an Aerospace manufacturing company as a Quality control engineer (R&D). Responsibility. In-ward inspection verify the material with COC, In-process for production approval and prepare the report. Prepare the Presentation(PPT) for customer. Final Inspection and prepare the report. Conduct the Glazing test (Light Transmission Test) for Lens Prepare the 8D report. Knowledge to prepare the 7QC Tools. knowledge about 3D scanning & preparing the the report with software(VX Element & VX quality inspection) Knowledge about FAI(First Article Inspection) document preparing for the part. Prepare the ballooning drawing for FAI documents. Knowledge about preparing PFD(process flow diagram), CP(Control Plan), PFMEA(process failure mode effective analysis). Knowledge about SPC(Statistical process control), MSA(Measurement System Analysis), PPAP(Production Part Approval Process). Knowledge about using the instrument DVC,DMM,Protector,DHG, Luxmeter, Radius Gauge, Filler gauge. knowledge about Drawing reading with GD & T symbol. Knowledge on 5S, Poke Yoka and Kaizen for Implementing. Perform inhouse rejection analysis for controlling the rejection. Awareness on ISO9001:2015||AS9100 D||AS9102 C. IT Skill Python/Turtle graphic HTML, CSS and JavaScript
