My Duties & Experience includes:* Handling various selection of recruitment processes (e.g. phone interviewing, sourcing candidates, vetting CV\'s)* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for clients to bring greater ROI.* Source candidates using Boolean search string on various job-boards, screen resumes matching them with the criteria advised and forwarding the best candidates for next stage.* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates.* Source and recruit candidates by using LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiter and also posting job on LinkedIn.* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.* Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.* Training & Guiding team members to achieve daily targets * Guiding new members about Boolean Search methods & finding the right candidates efficiently.* Weekly calls with clients to review strategy on achieving targets for the next week.* Helping clients develop the best JD to attract suitable candidates available in the market.Our clients trust us to create more value than the money they pay for our services.We work with companies across United Kingdom in IT, Telecom, Engineering, Health Care, Finance & accounting, Sales, Mortgage, Automotive, Aerospace, Education, Customer Services, Management, Hospitality and Property.
