I work with a team of IT professionals who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the IT domain. I also collaborate with our clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, and I ensure that our solutions and services meet or exceed their standards and requirements. Some of the skills that I use and apply in my daily work are Microsoft Excel, Tableau and ChatGPT, which enable me to create, analyze, and optimize data sets, reports, and chatbots for various purposes and scenarios. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools that can enhance our IT capabilities and offerings, and I am always eager to share my knowledge and insights with my team and clients.
