I am a senior in-house legal professional with over 10 years of experience across litigation, dispute management, corporate advisory, contracts, and regulatory compliance, supporting large corporates in highly regulated environments.I currently work as Senior Manager – Legal & Compliances at Adani Airports, advising on complex, high-value commercial contracts, concession arrangements, joint ventures, regulatory matters, and dispute strategy for airport operations across India. I manage litigation and arbitration matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and arbitral tribunals, with an aggregate business impact exceeding INR crores.Much of my work involves balancing legal risk with operational realities in time-sensitive airport environments, where decisions often need to be both legally sound and commercially workable. My role also includes advising senior management on aviation and infrastructure regulations, employment laws, land and property matters, data protection, and governance.I am actively involved in conducting internal audits and investigations relating to business ethics, whistleblower complaints, and compliance risks, and in liaising with statutory and regulatory authorities including AAI, DGCA, BCAS, AERA, and other government stakeholders.I began my legal career in the chambers of the late Mr. C. H. Hanumantharaya, where I developed a strong foundation in court craft, litigation strategy, and the practical application of law before courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
