Provide consulting services for clients on risk and control issues, assist in implementation of improved systems and controls- Work closely with the mortgage product managers, the mortgage operations unit to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for the servicing of mortgage products-Analyse exceptions and make recommendations to enhance internal controls and/or increase the efficiency of operations. Ensure that testing is accurate, complete, and in accordance with standards and protocols-Plans the execution of business unit compliance testing program to prevent illegal, or improper business practices.
