I am responsible for designing and executing the UKI contractor hiring across multiple lines of technical hires at Wipro. This involves fulfilling the recruitment demand of each tower leads to ensure Wipro acquire the right quality and diversity of recruits to deliver the talent commitments. I drive the recruitment activities to ensure UKI Talent Acquisition team are meeting the business commitments and talent imperatives.
