Downstream Processing of Insulin Strictly adhering good manufacturing practice & Good documentation practice at workplace.• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and updating of production and quality documents.* Entering data in Quality Records & maintenance of the same.• Area monitoring, monitoring of cleaning activity and logbook updation related to respective areas.• SAP activity (Batch no creation, notification, RM consumption, batch declaration, material transfer, etc.)• To follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS.• Monitoring and process control of specific operations• Maintaining up to date tracker on the activities related to process.• Responsible for Planning and control of the activities being carried out in the shifts.• Planning of process for production and execution.* Online documentation updation.• Reporting and following of nonconformities and implementation of corrective / preventive actions in specific areas of operation.• To Co-ordinate for QMS elements such asCC/Event /CAPA/ validationprotocol/report/PDR/Checklist/BMR initiation, review, submission and closure.• Responsible for process and Audit.• Responsible for raw material follow ups and process without any delay.• Training on SAP related activities, BMR creations and RM procurement.• To implement sustainable visual workplace.• Complying Employee Discipline/Behavior.• Training the associates on process, operation, GMP, SAP system, GDP and safety compliance.
