Working on Vodafone Idea Ltd project for 5G-NR/Massive-MIMO/Twin Beam/VOLTE/CA/LTE-A TDD-FDD Mass Rollout and Supervising Managed Services (SMS) project. Daily Dashboard KPI Review of PLMN level & EnodeB-cell level network performance analysis of 5G-NR/Massive-MIMO, TDD and FDD cells. Working on latest technologies 5G-NR Macro-Sub6GHZ\'s, mmWave, Small Cells NR sites parameter tuning and optimization. Good understanding of 5G NR-NSA Air-Interface, physical layer with Beam Management knowledge. Good understanding of e-NodeB configuration and to configure NR with Nokia Option 3x. 5G NR Integration, Tuning & Acceptance with SCFT Report verification for the Newly on-aired test sites. Making deep analysis for degraded 5G-NR/LTE KPIs and fine-tuning the related parameters to maintain the network KPI’s in good shape. Monitoring and Optimization of Key LTE KPIs for daily worst cell of network occurring in terms of Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Service Integrity. Preparing daily/weekly action plans for degrading cells in the network on major KPIs such as RACH Success Rate, RRC SR, E-RAB SR, E-RAB Drop Rate, VOLTE Traffic, VOLTE CSSR, VOLTE DCR, SRVCC SR, Avg/Max PDCP DL/UL Cell/User Throughputs, DL/UL PRB utilization and Intra/Inter/Inter RAT frequency HO Success rate, X2/S1HOSR, Avg CQI, BLER-HARQ,PUSCH SINR, PUSCH RSSI and PDCCH Blocking Ratio etc. Good working experience on Nokia NetAct Tool for Monitoring/changes in live LTE sites and extracting various KPI reports using NectAct Performance Manager and CM Operation Manager for parameter changes. Expertise experience of successful parameter implementation to enable 2CC and 3CC CA-(Carrier Aggregation) b/w FDD-TDD and can solve all issue related to CA and achieving good user experience by increasing throughput levels.
