Post-divestiture, directed all service delivery interactions for IT TSA BAU Support and Exit activities generating over $30M in TSA revenue in 2024. • Successfully managed negotiation and execution of over 550 requests for Ad-Hoc Migration support over 2 years. Built collaborative support with technical leads supporting enterprise-wide applications such as Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, Oracle Data Warehouse, Hyperion, Redshift, Boomi, and webMethods. Provided regular C-Suite level updates on progress. • Acted as key subject matter expert on Revvity’s obligations under the TSA, enabled engaged resources to focus efforts on successfully supporting the TSA and avoid requests that were deemed out of scope. • Partnered with Business Function and IT leads to quickly address and respond to escalations, incidents, and system outages.
