Whether it be a fundraising gala, an educational conference or an impact video, we support you in how to best deliver your crucial message in ways that will amplify your invaluable mission.Through my role as Client Journey Coordinator, I:· Serve as the lead on numerous concurrent projects and planning calls with clients leading up to each experience, with project timelines between 6 months - 1+ years in length· Guide the client and present options on event flow, logistics, run of show, theme and creative, and vendor options· Source quotes and negotiate on behalf of the client for various entities and services including venues, audio-visual and catering· Conduct in-person site visits with client at potential venue(s)· Formulate and facilitate processes such as attendee registration/check-in, event websites and volunteer plans and duties· Manage event sponsors, exhibitors and other important client relations· Create, review and adhere to client budgets throughout all areas of the planning process· Serve as a day-of lead and point of contact for all vendors at each event, ensuring the client has a stellar experience· Assist with show production and ensure audio-visual team is following technical script and cues, including show-calling and directing the live experience
