    Oversee daily operations across Biomechanics, Biomaterials, and Fatigue Testing laboratories, ensuring reliable workflows, equipment readiness, and uninterrupted support of active research and testing programs- Lead equipment qualification activities by coordinating IQ/OQ efforts, aligning vendor documentation with internal Good Documentation Practice (GDP) expectations, and maintaining complete, audit‑ready validation records- Manage calibration and preventive maintenance programs for 40+ test systems, coordinate OEM service activities, and troubleshoot equipment performance issues to sustain consistent lab availability and data integrity- Serve as the primary operational liaison for Facilities, IT/InfoSec, EHS, and external vendors, supporting infrastructure upgrades, new installations, safety requirements, and laboratory compliance needs- Maintain, author, and improve QMS documentation and SOPs; support internal and external audit responses; and lead NCR and CAPA activities to close compliance gaps and strengthen laboratory controls- Initiated Lab Inventory Management system: creating equipment and asset hierarchies, standardizing digital storage, and improving traceability of laboratory data, validation artifacts, and quality records- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations, including refined validation packets, optimized inventory workflows, safer lab layouts, and standardized operational practices that reduce downtime and risk- Track laboratory usage, resource demands, and operational metrics; forecast equipment and supply needs; and provide data‑driven recommendations to engineering and departmental leadership.
