ABOUT SYDNI AVINGER

I am deeply committed to improving student outcomes in education, and supporting educators as they work SO hard to make that happen. My career began in the classroom. As a teacher, I acquired a diverse skill set that included, but was not limited to: managing and cultivating a classroom community, planning and facilitating student-centered instruction, analyzing data to further inform my practice, and building strong relationships with students and their families. Though working within the classroom allowed me to make a direct impact on student outcomes, I was eager to continue making an impact at a different level. In my years of experience as a BDR and Partnership Lead, I had the opportunity to collaborate with State-Level, District-Level, and School-Level Leaders across the nation acting as a thought partner. I uncovered their challenges, then identified and built out the right solutions that will positively impact student success at scale. In my current role as Manager of Sales Development, I now have the privilege to coach and lead others to do the same! No matter where my career may take me, my mission will always remain the same… to continue to drive meaningful change in the lives of our children- our future tomorrow.
