I serve as an Awards Events Coordinator for Inspire Leadership Network, a premier leadership group for C-Suite technology executives. My role focuses on managing venue logistics, timelines, and onsite teams with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless event execution.I specialize in enhancing the attendee experience by optimizing registration processes, improving event flow, and overseeing strategic seating arrangements. I plan and execute The ORBIE Awards across 27 markets in the U.S. and Canada, with events ranging from 250 to 600 attendees. My responsibilities include negotiating contracts for venues, accommodations, and vendors, while continually strengthening vendor relationships.In addition to the ORBIE Awards, I lead a special projects team for the Converge National Conference, managing strategic seating for over 3,300 attendees. I also direct our Year Up United national partnership, recruiting and training volunteers to support ORBIE Awards Programs nationwide.
