A graduate of North Carolina State University, I currently serve as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Communications at Allstate, where I translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging communications that resonate with employees and leaders alike. My work focuses on:• Developing and executing strategic communication plans • Leveraging AI tools to create clear, employee‑centered communications 🤖• Reinforcing business goals through effective, data‑informed messaging • Supporting and strengthening a purpose‑driven culture Formerly, part of the Corporate Communications team at Lowe’s Home Improvement, I supported the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and select Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) to provide executive-level communications support and guidance. From partnering closely with Investor Relations on quarterly earnings communications, to supporting enterprise HR initiatives, and leading large‑scale messaging across more than 1,700 retail store locations, this work strengthened my approach to delivering clear, strategic communications that scale effectively and support business outcomes.Collaborative by nature, I believe the strongest communications are built through partnership, trust, and shared ownership.
