Recruit Owner Operators through various outlets to haul Crude Oil amongst our various sites. I do the entire onboarding process with them, starting with making sure the application is filled out accurately & then running reports to ensure they meet our insurance requirements for Class A CDL drivers. Once approved, I handle all onboarding paperwork for not only the driver, but also their equipment. Once onboarded & has started their position, I continue to monitor all file maintenance per DOT, FMCSA & company requirements.
