About Sydney Bronson

I am a professional remediation engineer and project manager with over 10 years of experience focusing on investigation, design and implementation of ex-situ and in-situ soil/sediment and groundwater remedies for upland and in-water sites. I have managed, designed, and implemented remedial actions at numerous large, complex sites within independent and formal MTCA frameworks and the CERCLA framework. My goal is to help clients select practical and cost effective remedial solutions which are right-sized for their site. I have particular expertise designing and implementing in-situ upland groundwater treatment systems, which I am passionate about because of the explosion of in-situ technological advances and their ability to reduce impacts to the environment compared to ex-situ approaches which displace contamination. I am experienced at complex stakeholder engagement, and working with both state and local agencies and private clients using traditional and design-build delivery methods. My background in civil and environmental engineering, environmental science, and applied math and modeling helps me tackle complex environmental issues within interdisciplinary teams.
