I am originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and I began my professional journey with Club Pilates during my senior year of high school as a Sales Associate. That experience sparked my interest in business development, client relationships, and sales, and set the foundation for the career path I am pursuing today.After graduating high school, I studied abroad in Valencia, Spain through Florida State University’s International Programs, where I developed a global perspective, strong independence, and cross-cultural communication skills. During academic breaks, I continued working with Club Pilates in Pennsylvania and was promoted to Senior Sales Associate, allowing me to gain hands-on leadership experience while managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, and studio operations.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Florida State University, majoring in Human Resource Management with a secondary major in Professional Sales. I also recently began a Senior Sales Associate role with Club Pilates in Tallahassee, where I continue to apply both my academic training and prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Across my time with Club Pilates, I have had the opportunity to work closely with management teams at four different studio locations, supporting membership sales, lead management, client retention, and staff collaboration. This has allowed me to grow as a sales professional while directly applying concepts from my coursework in leadership, organizational behavior, and sales strategy to real-world business challenges.I am passionate about combining people-focused leadership with performance-driven sales, and I am excited to continue developing in roles that allow me to build relationships, drive results, and contribute to organizational growth.

   I shadowed three General Managers and the Regional Manager to gain cross-location insight into business management operations, including inventory oversight, employee payroll, onboarding, and staff scheduling. I participated in new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, introducing company policies and culture, while also training and mentoring new hires to support their growth in customer service and performance standards. In addition, I co-led employee education sessions to help implement professional development initiatives. Throughout my role, I delivered exceptional customer service and consistently met or exceeded sales goals in a commission-based environment.
