   As a Hospitality Manager, I manage high-profile, high-touch events and programs, with a focus on Formula 1 and other client-specific hospitality initiatives. This client-facing role requires meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to representing LME and its partners with the highest standards.Responsibilities Include- Plan and execute event logistics, including race-by-race programming, trackers, and event management documentation- Coordinate with hotels, venues, and teams to manage rooming lists, contracts, and payment schedules- Oversee restaurant reservations, ground transportation logistics, and on-site event support- Produce client-facing decks, visuals, budgets, and communications tailored to each city and event- Assist with program budgets, payment reconciliations, and final event financial reporting- Collaborate with account managers, program managers, and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences- Support guest movement planning, ticket orders, welcome packets, and itinerary development for F1 and other hospitality programs- Conduct research and development for venues, customs, accommodations, and additional program needs- Expertise in SharePoint, Smart Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint for event planning and documentation- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics- Client-focused communication and problem-solving abilities.
