ABOUT SYDNEY GAUTHIER
As an Honors Kinesiology graduate from Queen\'s University, I have developed a passion for physical health and fitness. In my current role as an Associate at RBC in their Indigenous Peoples Development Program, I participate in a rotational program across the Personal & Commercial banking stream. Along with my passion for physical health and fitness, I am deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I believe that economic reconciliation is a critical component of this, and I am eager to continue developing my skills in this area. Through my experiences in the Indigenous Peoples Development Program and lived experiences, I have gained valuable insights into the challenges facing Indigenous communities. Overall, I am a driven and passionate individual with a strong commitment to promoting economic reconciliation, diversity, and inclusion. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have developed a range of skills that enable me to have a strong work ethic, communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
