Human resource management, just like LinkedIn, is all about making valuable connections. As a third-year student studying Industrial and Labor Relations, I have learned how human resource specialists serve as the crucial connection between employees and management essential to facilitating a successful business strategy. I am seeking a summer internship in the field of Human Resources to expand my professional experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment where I can use my analytical and communication skills to benefit the HR function.
