Hi, I am Sydney! My approximately eight years of experience include- talent acquisition- diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (community impact initiatives)- learning and development (training)- career coaching- talent management / performance management- employee relations- people operations (benefits, compliance, payroll/compensation, immigration)Since I began my career in career services, I enjoy supporting others in their career development. My graduate degree is in industrial/organizational psychology, a branch of psychology focused on improving the workplace. Although a majority of my work experience is in tech, notably Workday and BetterUp, I have consultative experience in nonprofits, the public sector, and in academic settings, such as UC Irvine, UC Berkeley, and Stanford. Currently, I am working toward my coaching certification on scholarship.
