Manage a team of seven analysts and data researchers who serve as the subject matter experts on data contained in the Homelessness Data Integration System (HDIS). HDIS compiles and processes data from all 44 California Continuums of Care (CoC)—regional homelessness service coordination and planning bodies—into a statewide data warehouse-Develop quarterly and annual priorities for the Research team and work with each staff member on their short and long term projects-Manage the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and the selected contractor\'s work products to support Cal ICH\'s portfolio of data-related projects-Coordinate efforts to implement AB 977 which expanded data reporting in HMIS to programs overseen by several state departments and agencies, allowing the state to better track the impact of homelessness funding -Oversee efforts to implement California System Performance Measures to support state and local policymakers to track progress towards preventing and ending homelessness in California -Advise senior decision makers on programmatic and policy matter pertaining to the use of data to support Cal ICH\'s mission
