As my mother would say, I am currently \"spreading my sunshine\" in outside of D.C. in Southern Maryland, but I was born and raised in Eastern Iowa. I pursued my academic dreams at the University of Iowa, earning my Bachelor\'s in Entrepreneurship and an Associate\'s in Journalism in 2.5 years. To broaden my knowledge, I spent a year at Cornell University and earned a certificate in Nutrition Sciences. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized training in prenatal exercise.My Midwest roots continue to shape my values and outlook. My diverse educational background has empowered me to approach challenges with creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
