I’m a community engagement leader with a track record of building and scaling volunteer and mentorship programs that drive measurable impact. At the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, I lead high-impact initiatives that engage hundreds of volunteers and mentors annually, while strengthening systems across recruitment, training, retention, and recognition.
